The lease will begin from August 1 2026 and end at July 25 2027.This location is super close to the campus ( 2 mins walk). Accessible to all bus routes(Cyride) in Ames. Also 10 -15 mins from restaurants and supermarkets Hyvee,Pammel.If 3 tenants (including me) sign the lease then the rent is 1200$ for entire unit. 400$ per person + utilities. If two tenants sign the lease( including me) then the rent for the entire unit would 995$ ie 497.5$ per person. DM me if interested
