Looking to rent out a room!

My housemate and I are students and have an empty room. Rent is $950 a month, which includes utilities and internet. A parking pass is available. We have a washer and dryer at the house, and the house and room are furnished. The bathroom will be shared with one person. There is also a back yard and front porch. I have a dog who’s very sweet.
