ROOMMATE NEEDED IN BEAUTIFUL CARLSBAD TOWNHOME-Must See!
Looking for one roommate for a townhome only 3 miles from the ocean. Home will be shared with a one female. Townhome is 1700 ft.2, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The room is large with its own large bathroom 2 steps from the room. Can be furnished or unfurnished. -Full size laundry room upstairs, two car attached garage to share.
Downstairs has an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area, also with a half bath. The front door is fenced with a wrap-around yard with amenities. The general areas are all to be shared and enjoyed. -The Agave Community has a beautiful large heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large gym, lush green grass and many walking trails. Close to Calavera Lake, shopping and restaurants. -I am looking for a female or male preferably, professional roommate who is respectful, communicative, tidy, considerate and who appreciates a peaceful and calm atmosphere to come home to recharge.
Please no smoking, drugs or heavy drinkers. Dogs under 50lbs will be considered. -About me, I’m in my 50’s, I work FT outside the home and no pets. I enjoy hiking, breathing the ocean air, riding my beach cruiser, kayaking, gardening, Pilates and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy checking out different restaurants, an occasional happy hour and also, just chilling at home watching movies and a few reality TV shows.
