Asking $1,000/mo for the larger bedroom that is attached to the guest bathroom, $800/mo for the smaller one that is across the hall from the guest bathroom. I am the only one that lives here, I work from home downstairs and have two dogs that are crate trained and stay downstairs. I am pretty accepting of whatever, just be communicative and clean.
