hello! i am trying to find someone to sublet my master-bedroom private room with a private bathroom in a very nice 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with ample free parking (two garage spaces, two back driveway spaces, and a space in the front), located across from Ruby Memorial Hospital! there’s a laundry room with a free washer and dryer in the unit, a large balcony, and a bay window in the kitchen. it’s very cute and my roommates are awesome (one WVU Alum who just graduated and a current nursing student), but i am looking to move away for my job, so i am trying to sublet this unit before i move! my lease is through Bel-Cross Properties and it would be a sublet, but there is no deposit (i already paid the deposit) and i would pay the $50 application and background check fee, as per the subletting policy. you would pay $650 each month for rent, either online or by money order in person on High Street, starting the day you move in. my rent is $800 plus water and electric, which will be split three ways equally! you could move in any time between now and July 1st (if all background checks through the leasing agency are completed) and the lease is until May 20th, 2027. please message me for pics and more info if you are interested!
