* Spacious bedroom that easily fits a bed, desk, & other furniture.
* In-unit laundry & dishwasher
* 10 minute walk to 2,3,4 & 5 trains and 17 minute walk to B & Q trains
* Wall-mounted heating and cooling
* Exposed brick throughout the apt You are:
* Working professional able to reliably cover the $1,425 rent
* Age 25-35 (open to all genders)
* No pets
* Responsible for cleaning up after yourself and helping with house tasks
* Considerate of noise and guests (all good things in moderation)
