Need Roommate ASAP!

The first picture is the available bedroom, then a picture of the living room area from move in (it is furnished now), and lastly a picture of how I’ve furnished my room. Rent+utilities is about 850$ a month per roommate. It’s in a great area, and there’s several amenities like a pool and gym. I’m looking to share the lease with someone until it ends in October.
