Looking for room

Hey! My name is Jason, I’m 36 years old and currently looking for a room or one-bedroom in the New York area. My budget is around $1,200–$1,300/month. I work from home full-time and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I also work out 6–7 days a week, so I’m usually either working, at the gym, or relaxing at home. I do have a dog — a Siberian Husky — and she would be coming with me. She’s very mellow, quiet, well-behaved, and doesn’t cause issues. I’m also gay, so I’m looking for an LGBT-friendly environment.
