Looking for 1 renter to live with myself (22 year old graduate). A beautiful furnished double room in Dennistoun available. All brand new, renovated last summer. Independent bathroom and bills are included. Entirely furnished, not all furniture and decoration is included as new stuff had recently been added (e. g. small dining table, pillows (etc)). Rent price is fixed and not open to suggestions. Looking for someone who will stay long term. Pets are accepted but some requirements must be met. An interview will be required after the viewing to ensure we will get on well. Amazing travel links with 3 train stations no more than a 15 minute walk away (Bellgrove, Alexandra Parade, AND Duke Street Station). Also great buses from travel to all over the city!
