Helping an old Veteran out!

I am a 63 year old military veteran who grew up in Louisiana, went to military, put self through college obtaining 2 bachelor's degrees in business. Recently completed 32 yr career in the industrial markets, and now residing in Lexington, but growing a business in Aiken and will be moving here within a year, yet need somewhere here to minimize daily drives to Lexington. Help!
