Looking for female housemate

Hello! We are two women looking for a female housemate to join our home. We like to keep our circle small and strive to live a private & peaceful life. We live on half of an acre with lots of nature and trees and the house is at the end of a court so its a quiet area. The house is only 17 minutes from Maroochydore, Sunshine plaza, and the main beaches (Mudjimba, Alexandra headland etc). The house is open plan kitchen, meals and lounge room wIth big screen TV, large couch and views of the beautiful nature surrounding. We would need someone willing to help with the garden maintenance as its a rental requirement for us (weeding, lawns etc). The room has BIRs, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and bath attached, next to powder room and toilet. If we find a suitable second housemate you would be sharing. We have a dog and 2 cats who are part of the family so pet friendly people are a must. Whilst we would love another doggo friend for our boy (who would love a friend) the house isnt fenced and it would be subject to owner approval. Bills (water, electricity, internet) would be split evenly between all of us. We can't have guests here so we want someone who lives a more private life too and most of all that they have a good and kind heart. We are in a tenancy agreement so if we choose you, we need you to fill out an application subject to owner approval.
