Room at a 2x2 in cabana beach

I have NOT moved in yet, these photos are from the tour I took, it was a model home showing some upgrades, the floor plan is a 2x2 interior, so it has no upgrades, so please keep in mind the kitchen counters will look like the bathroom counter instead! It comes with a mattress (size full) and fully furnished. The appliances will be white (fridge etc.) The utilities are included but if it goes over a certain amount it gets split between the roommates, I talked to some people who live there and they said it usually never goes over $50 if it does go over. There is a screened in patio. Wifi included. Any pets are ok!!!
