Sublease from June to July

I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment starting June or anytime after 1. It’s located in Jefferson Park next to the Bronco Stadium. I am moving back to Florida and have 2 months left on my lease. It would be a great place if you are looking to move to Denver and need a place to stay, or in a transition period. I can leave the furniture or take it, up to you. It’s a 1/1 for $1,375 water, heat, trash, wifi, and parking spot is included. It’s on the second floor
