It is the ideal location and house for a young professional or student. Right down the street from UNMC. The room is for one person only.
$700 a month includes EVERYTHING! Searching for a responsible roommate that is between the ages of 21-34 years old. $700/mo covers rent, all utilities (including unlimited wifi), mowing, snow removal, common area supplies (toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. to make it easy. About the only thing you need to buy yourself clothes detergent), and We pay to have someone responsible for cleaning in the common areas to keep things tidy. 2 full bathrooms. The current roommates are in their mid to late 20's, responsible, work full-time jobs or take classes, enjoy sports and other activities.
