Looking for a room to rent for son

I’m looking for a room to rent for my transgender son. He’s 18 and has a job. We are trying to find something by July but open to anything sooner. He is very clean and keeps to himself. He can afford 650-900 max and would prefer to be in the Holliday area as that is where he works.
