Private room/bathroom available August 1. This property is located in a great area near Timberline and Drake (Rigden Farms), as well as close to shops, restaurants, and recreational trails. We are renting out an unfurnished, private bedroom with its own attached, private bathroom. Utilities, internet, laundry, common shared spaces (and furniture), and a garage parking space are all included in the rent. We have ONE bedroom available to rent. Pictures 1-4 show the bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. Pictures 5-9 show the shared laundry and other shared spaces (living room and kitchen). Pictures 10-12 show the garage and the unit from the outside. The second bedroom is occupied by a separate tenant. One of the landlords occupies the 3rd bedroom (separate basement space) occasionally. Please message for more details and with any questions you may have! No pets, no smoking/vaping, no parties. Landlords are a teacher and licensed childcare provider and the other tenant is also a teacher. All have undergone background checks.
