Renting a couple of rooms. The one with images attached is available starting Jun 1st, other one Jul 1st. Helping my friend replace my place, 2 of us are moving out. Room with posted images is mine. I’m willing to sale anything you see in the room except the TV and the Desk, everything else has a price. Carpet was damaged by the slob before me so I covered it w/ another carpet. I will be taking the leather couches and tables in the living room with me. You’re welcome to bring some or some older ones in another room will take their place. RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS! $250 Refundable Deposit.
