The landing roomate

Hello! I live in a 4x4 apartment with 2 other roomates! One of our roomates have moved out and we are on the search for one more. A little about our place: - We each have our own plates, bowles, cups, silverware, and food but we share common things like a toaster, air fryer, blender ect. - Each person has a shelf in the pantry - we are VERY clean! I have a roomba that goes around the house three days a week and I try to vaccum one. We typically use the dishwasher to avoid dishes in the sink bc we do not want bugs - whatever you do in your room is your business, but if you want to have a party just let us know in advance - we don’t usually have party’s at the house, but we do go to downtown! We like the keep the noise down around 11 pm and try to be quite in the morning till 10 am because eveyone has different schedules! - We keep the AC on 68-70 - we all have boyfriends, super sweet and kind! - I have a hypoallergenic dog 45 lbs dog named Winston! He is the the sweetest dog and LOVES people! Never really barks and usually is in my room! He doesn’t shed much either. - Rent is about 545, if you miss out on rent you get evicted alone (it’s student living). It is fully furnished and we do have a utility cap of 120. If we go over it, the landing splits it and we all pay in our rent bill so try to be considerate about energy. - we do have access to to full amenities, pool, gym, printer, computer, study rooms, ect. - NO CATS, we are all allergic. - if you have any questions feel free to message me! - Winston is included in the photo! - Lastly we are looking for a girl around the ages of 20-24!
