Private room in 2Bed/1Bath housee

Move-in date: Jul 1, total property rent: $2000 (split between you and me), utilities extra (split everything 2 ways). My colleague is moving out and I’ll be moving in so you can expect a bit of a flexibility in move in date, but don’t ask for too much. I will be sharing the property with you. I’ll post pics as I get, but if we vibe and you want a tour, that can be arranged. I toured it, and it was a nice space. Big&spacious living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 slightly bigger than the other but pretty much the same size), 1 bathroom, storage space, and a section for dining room. street parking, 10-15 mins walk to Harrison path station. Pets: not sure, have to ask landlord. Assume no (I’ll be okay with cats&dogs though) Let me know if interested. Air conditioning & heat are available
