I’m offering a bedroom/bathroom for $2,500 per month( I pay $6000 per month). I am looking for a roommate that works full time from an office and not the condo - I work from the Condo myself and would not want to create any turbulence with eachother. Details: 1. Rent: $2,500/month
2. Lease term: 6 month to 12 month (No Short Term)
3. Security Deposit: $2,000 (refundable)
4. Utilities: Split evenly
5. Building: Flamingo Point, Center Tower 6. Gym: Available in building (membership required; paid separately)
7. Requirements: Stable job, work at an office and proof of income required
