Looking for female roommate

This is a 3 bed 3 bath apartment in East Hollywood. It is 10 minutes away from everything! It is near Virgil village, LACC, Koreatown, Silverlake, Griffith Observatory, and Hollywood. You will have your own closet and bathroom. It has an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC/heating and is tucked away in the back apartment with a gated entrance. There is a roof and side patio area! Street parking only. We currently have two working professional roommates and are looking for someone to fill the other room. I am looking for someone to replace my room ideally in July/August but I am flexible! It is a rent stabled apartment and we will have to do a background check! We currently have two cats and is a very clean household.
