Hi! I have a room in Hollywood by Runyon available immediately. Reserved parking spot in the garage downstairs. Central AC and heating. Only utility is power. Has a queen bed, tv, and couple dressers in there already you can use, or we can throw them out if you have your own things. Runyon Canyon, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants and the rest of Hollywood all within walking distance. About me: Quiet 40 year old guy who writes and works weekend nights. Just looking for someone low-key like myself.
