New Listing

Hi I'm Jenn and looking for a room for rent. I'm easy going, clean, quiet, and respectful looking for the same. I am 41 years old and currently expecting a baby girl around July 20, 2026. It would be nice to be able to find a place with another single mother or any parents with children. My background experience is being a nanny and/or caregiver and hoping someone might need either one and would be willing to take rent out of a paycheck. This doesn't have to be the case but it would help. I am in need of a safe, stable place to stay asap, that I can afford.
