Hello, I am looking for a female roommate to sublet, then eventually take over my lease in the fall. My current roommate is my best friend and YA female with a steady job. I am just looking to move to the other side of the city. Our rent comes out to $900 each and is in a safe area close to everything. In suite laundry. I would like to move either June or July 1st.
