This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is the bottom apartment of a two-unit garage apartment located in the rear of the main house, with gated parking. Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available in a common space for both the upper and lower units. The unit includes a small living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-top stove, refrigerator, full-sized sink, and microwave (no oven, but ample counter space for a countertop oven), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a bedroom. A king-sized bed and a wall-mounted 55-inch TV are available (removable upon request). AC and heat are provided via a quiet mini-split system. Lawn care, wireless internet, garbage, and water are included. Electricity is included up to $200/month total for both units; anything over that amount is the renter's responsibility. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. One person per unit.
