It's about a 20-minute walk from SU and SUNY ESF Campus, and it is right across the street from a bus stop. One bedroom is available. The other is taken by a female student who also has a cat, so I am looking for a female to be their roommate. The apartment is fully furnished, has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a second-floor balcony. There is also free parking and a coin-operated laundry.
