Offering: I own and occupy the home. The apartment is 1200sqft and very conveniently located in the center of Bayonne. There is a master bedroom, yard, & washer and dryer, and ample storage space. There is a large yard and a washer/dryer in the basement. Utilities are separate but we'll split them.
