Room for rent in Alpharetta!

I have a room available for rent in Alpharetta! Right by the Avalon and the intersection of jones bridge and states bridge road! 900 for the room which includes all utilities. You will be sharing a bathroom with a roommate, although we have a half bath downstairs if you would prefer that too. It will be me, my spouse, and our other roommate living in the house! Items in the room to give an idea of the room size, will not be furnished. Please let me know if you’re interested!
