Large Bedroom with private 2 sink bathroom and shower in a 3 BR 2 Bath mobile home in Santee. Small TV in room with cable and Internet. No smoking of any kind, excessive drinking or drugs. NO pets. No drama please. Females only. I live in a mobile home park. More details if interested so far. I currently have some furniture, pictures, etc. in the room, but I can remove them when rented or if you need the furniture I can keep it in the room. Deposit can be split in pmts. Thank you.
