I’m a chef where opening a kitchen

I’m looking to be opening a kitchen in a well established bar off us one I am in need of a place with parking and privacy not looking for any thing stressful I do need to be able to pull my smokers into the yard and so if I was maybe kinda with a little bit of space so I don’t disturb the neighbors. I work crazy crazy hours. My business is Barbecue so I’m up early in the morning and I’m home middle of the afternoon middle of the night, etc..
