Need a roomate starting September

Hey guys, my name is Josh. This September I’ll be needing a roomate at my place on the edge of lutz/temple terrace right by USF. I currently live with someone now and she will be moving in with her boyfriend September 1st so I’m looking to replace her on the lease with someone new. The complex is called villas at deer park and they’re single story units I threw in some pictures of the inside and outside. A few spaces to park right in front of the apartment itself. Male, female honestly it doesn’t matter. I keep to myself and work a lot of weird hours sometimes. Active in the EDM/rave scene, dj and produce as a hobby. Have a cat named bear so if you’re allergic, may not be the best spot for you. The place is basically fully furnished with all of my things, picture of the bedroom is mine but the other bedroom is identical to it. don’t want to take a picture of the other one since she’s in the process of moving some things already. Rent has the water and garbage included and floats around 925-975 a person per month and the electric and internet are usually 100 a month or less combined It’ll be ready September.
