Roomate for a 2bed/2bath townhouse

Hey everyone I am looking for one Roomate to move into a completely newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath one story townhome on the marsh with a beautiful deck and view. It comes with parking, community pool, deep water dock, and tennis courts / pickleball courts. It is located on Wilmington island Savannah ga. Move in would be around June 1 2026. Price: It is a one year lease $2500 rent, so $1250/person. Utilities would be split and are estimated around $150/mo total for power and $60/mo for water. Alittle about me: I am mid 20s and work a full time job and am rarely home. Most of my time not at work I am out with friends, working out/running, or sitting on the beach. I am looking for preferably female 20’s-30’s. I don’t mind friends coming over and hanging out or if you have a boyfriend that would like to stay with you sometimes. I am super relaxed and clean but NOT OCD. Dm if interested!
