one bedroom available in three bedroom apartment. apartment is on the second floor. rent is $2,000; but split by 3 is about $667 each. gas/electric bill vary month to month; anywhere between $50-$100. wifi bill doesn’t get high then $20-$25 a month. the first 2 pictures are of the bedroom that will be available (as person is still living here) and the third picture is of the front of the house and the last picture is of the kitchen. parking is street parking only.
