My name is Jennifer, and I have a room available. The room has a large closet, windows, its own fridge, a brand new bed, a tv, table, and chest drawers and more. The apartment has central heat and AC. It is super clean and quiet. We would prefer a roommate who is quiet, respectful, and clean. College students are also welcome. Simple rules: There is no smoking, vaping, unprescribed drugs, weapons, and loud noise past reasonable time ( 10 pm to 9Am) allowed inside or anywhere on property grounds.
