Looking for someone to take over my lease at my four bedroom four bathroom, third floor apartment at 48 west in allendale, Michigan across from GVSU. I have 3 other roommates that are very quiet and keep to themselves. There are lots of amenities such as pool, hot tub, theater, yoga studio, and 24 hour gym access! There is in unite laundry and the apartments is furnished. My room has a bed and bed frame, two sets of dresser drawers, a desk and chair, full bathroom and closet! The total monthly rent including a covered parking space and all utilities and internet is $757! Please reach out with any questions! Remainder of lease is 3months!
