Rent is $850 per month and includes internet, water, and electricity. The room can be furnished if needed. I might be open to a small dog or cat if it stayed in your room. Rent would be $900 with an animal This room is intended for one adult occupant only. No additional occupants or overnight guests. There is currently one girl and 3 guys that live in the house.
