Opis

The room is good sized, with a large window and decent sized closet with two sliding doors. Can be furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser, if desired (no extra cost).
Shared hall bath with one roommate, common areas shared with both roommates.
Laundry room with washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and a decent sized backyard. Utilities are electricity/gas/wifi, split between everyone.
No dogs or cats, as one roommate is allergic.
Close to several eateries and two shopping centers, not far from the airport, and close to both 5 and 99 freeway entrances. Very quiet neighborhood.
