This is a room for rent/condo share for immediate move-in. No couples please. This is a single occupancy room. 6 month joint lease to start. 50/50 split for power & heat. Rent includes water, plowing, lawn care and shoveling.
Quiet neighborhood, the unit is near the end of a dead-end street; parking in the back of the unit. There is a private gardening in the back. Washer &dryer in the basement, along with storage. Must be a non-smoker and no drugs.
