I am a 36 year old high school teacher and I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my 2BD/1BA. The apartment is fully furnished. It is on the 3rd floor of a recently renovated walk-up on beautiful Franklin Ave in Crown Heights. There is central air, a dishwasher, laundry in the basement, and great internet connection through Fios. The available bedroom has a large closet and a bed with a casper mattress. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment providing privacy. Your half of the rent would be $1590. I have a cat who is quite shy but very well behaved. I am neat and organized.
