I have a furnished nice size room (12x10) in Sandy Springs with queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk, 1 night stand, 3 lamps and unshared bathroom directly across hall and only used by room renter. The apartment has wifi, full kitchen, microwave, and washer & dryer, which renter is welcome to use. Rent $785/ month. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are about $220 total and are shared 50/50. I have teenage daughters who come for weekly meals and monthly weekends. They use my bathroom when they visit. For this reason I can only rent to a female. I am a divorced father, hardworking, quiet, and clean. This is a purely business relationship. My ad has pics of room, myself, and my daughters. I work from home and relax by reading or watching a movie. This is a purely business relationship. Non smokers only. No drugs. Must show pay stubs from last 4 pay periods.
Must pass criminal background screen.
Must pass drug test. Deposit is $785 and fully refundable with a 30 day notice to move and bedroom & bathroom left clean. Room is available because current renter who has been here 3+ years has accepted employment out of state. She is happy to provide reference of living here. Dale
