Cute apartment in Back Bay

Hey guys! my roommate and I are looking to sublet our apartment in Back Bay Boston from June 1-August 31 🙂 the whole apartment aside from most of the living room would be available, since we‘ll be keeping boxes with our stuff in the back of that room. Rent is $2700 per month and is set up to house two people. We’re located a minute walk from mass ave near Berklee school of music, and minute walk from Fenway area (opposite direction). Also right around the corner from green line (Hynes convention center). Furniture, kitchen supplies, WiFi access, and laundry machines in the basement are all accessible.
