Room near Coastal Crossing

Opis

Room with private bath and walk in closet.
house is close to Albany Walmart.
you will be sharing the house with 2 males. (they are upstairs and this room is on the Ground floor)
No pets allowed as I have a cat.
Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, internet).
Have a full size bed, a chest of drawers in room if needed. (some of which I prefer to keep in the room as they are heavy to move around)
single occupancy only.
