My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our 3 bed/2 bath home in a luxury Bushwick building just off the Gates J/Z stop (~20 min to Manhattan) for a one-year sublet: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027. The Room:
Large, bright, and sunny bedroom (11'3 x 12'4 sq. ft., bedroom #2 in the last photo) unfurnished, with plenty of natural light in a luxury building. You'll have your own private bathroom and private terrace access. The building has great amenities included in the rent price, including things like a gym, roof deck, car park, bike storage, etc. and is less than 5 min walk to the J/Z Gates MTA stop. We're looking for someone who is:
- Clean and respectful - keeping a tidy home is important to us and we're looking for someone who feels the same way:)
- Communicative and considerate of shared spaces
- Dog-friendly: we have a sweet 1.5-year-old pug, so we're looking for a dog-friendly tenant. We ask that no additional pets join the household. About us: We're two working professionals who take pride in a clean, well-kept home and are excited to find the right person to share it with! I (28 W) work in healthcare tech and am mostly home during the day as I work from home. My roommate (30 M) is a project manager in the energy space and works hybrid, in-office 3 days a week. We're not the bring-the-party-home type but do like to hang out - we value a clean, peaceful, and respectful shared space. This is also a POC and queer-friendly household. $2,150/month + ~$150/month (estimated) utilities Available May 1. Please note this would be a sublet arrangement. - First month's rent
- Security deposit (equal to one month's rent - $2,150)
- Proof of income (typically 40x monthly rent in annual income - ~$86K)
- Signed roommate/subletter agreement covering: rent amount, due date, utilities split, house rules, etc.
