Hello I am a 27 year old professional looking to rent out an empty bedroom. I am rarely home and spend the majority of my time not at home or working. I have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and I don’t use the second bathroom or bedroom. You would have your own bedroom, it is unfurnished, and your own bathroom. My place also has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in unit that we would share. I am looking for a little help so the price has utilities included. I am not opposed to living with animals depending on the size of the animal.
