Large Master with private bathroom!

Hello we are renting the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhome. The home comes with a private bathroom, two sinks and two closets with large mirror doors. It has a fan and we have running AC throughout the home. Deposit is $1350. There is an assigned parking right around the corner from the home and we have a parking pass if you would like to rent it out for $50 more a month. You will have access to the community pool, community grills, and a fire pit in the small yard. The pool is located right in front of the home. We also have a jacuzzi next to the pool We do not own any pets but if you want we do welcome small pets, but will be an additional charge (no cats due to allergies) We must meet all pets before lease is signed. Room can come furnished and we can add a microwave and mini fridge if you would like at no additional cost. The room is located right off the 125 in the safe community of Eastlake. We are looking for someone who is respectful of our community. No drug history. Month to month lease. Military, or first responders preferred. Background check is mandatory and will come with an additional 40$ fee that is taken from the deposit. Washer and dryer inside home next to kitchen. Cleaner included with utilities. We currently have no pets in our home.
