Howdy folks!

Great opportunity on the west side near Hilliard! Only ~10-12 minutes from OSU and Wexner Medical Center with easy access to the highway to get all around Columbus and downtown.

$1000/month - all utilities included! Washer/Dryer in house.

You get: A private bedroom with an adjacent private office (2 rooms!), and also a private bathroom to yourself in the hallway between the room and office!

The bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed (or bring your own furniture, that's fine too), a fan, a lamp, and blackout curtains for night shifters or owls! The office has a desk to set up your laptop or PC, with Wi-Fi or plug-in Ethernet available (also included). 2 closets to use: one in the bedroom and one in your office space.

Shared kitchen and dining room space with me (and sometimes my partner, who is currently living in another city, finishing his graduate program).

-Included pictures show both rooms (yes, ugly paint from the previous homeowner), bathroom, and shared living room and kitchen area. Note that the furniture in the pictures is no longer the same. Green room has desk/lamp, and blue bedroom has full-size bed w dark-out curtains, unless you'd prefer to bring your own bed.

-Friendly introverted working professionals (Nurses/Nurse Practitioners) as roommate(s).

-The basement in my house was designed as a huge, fully built-out private apartment with its own kitchen and all, so that is already rented to personal friends (a straight couple) in their own world, but they enter and exit from the upstairs front door. Upstairs (ground level) is where I live-- on the opposite side of the house from where your room and office are.

-This is not a party house
-No pets please.
-We tend to do our own things, but I am fine with general social interactions in shared spaces like the kitchen, etc.
-Night owls welcome, too (I work evening/nights)🦉!
