I’m looking to sublet an unfurnished 2 bed/1 bath apartment from May - August (dates flexible). There could be an option to leave the bed frame or couch if wanted. Rent is $3600/month with water included and there is laundry on and A/C in the two bedrooms. The building is super quiet and a 10 min walk to Newbury Street as well as right next to the Green and Orange Lines, Whole Foods, CVS, and a True Value Hardware.
