Looking for safe room to rent

My name is David. I’m a 58 male and I’m a Born Again Bible Believer follower of Christ. Married/Separated, (married over 30 yrs). Searching for a nice, safe, quiet place for Long term rental. I’m very respectful and I desire to serve God and others. Very quiet, clean, neat and orderly person. I would treat it as my own. Stairs will not be a problem. I had a bad stroke about 3 years ago. I walk again (Praise God) He healed me from being in a wheelchair. I function, I just walk a little funny and use a cane. Just enough to keep me humble and remind me everyday how much I need God. I have little strength in my right arm, right hand and right leg. I had to retire due to the stroke. I get my S.S. Disability on the second Wednesday of every month. I hope that’s not a problem. I will pay as soon as I receive my SS. I have a perfect rental history. You couldn’t find a more respectable, honest, loyal and upstanding tenant with Godly morals that walks upright down the narrow and straight path. No alcohol, no drugs and no smoking. Very easy to get along with, very relaxed, kind and peaceful person. I can’t drive due to the stroke so I have my groceries and medicine delivered. I’m in Spring Branch, Tx now near New Braunfels. Way too far from my family and doctors.
