Two rooms available in new house

Opis

Two average sized rooms available, one furnished and one unfurnished. Both have designer wooden blinds, carpet, and a normal closet. Shared areas include the bathroom, living room, kitchen, large covered back patio, and garage. Bus stops are not far, there is a large public park practically across the street, and we are on the edge of the new developments in patterson (it is very quiet). Brand new Whirlpool appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove). Current housemates include me (the landlord), my boyfriend (this is an LGBTQ+ friendly household), and a good friend I have known for 14 years. We are all male, but people of all genders will feel welcome and safe. We have 2 cats, and 2 puppies, both are incredibly friendly because we socialized them young. I (the landlord) am an Army combat veteran and am part of the LGBTQ+ community.
