Renting both rooms is like having your own private apartment, offering privacy and space at a much lower cost than renting on your own. Preference for vegan/vegetarian household to maintain shared kitchen environment, willing to accept non-vegans/vegetarians if you do not cook. One upstairs room $850/month, both rooms upstairs 1200/month. Move-in target: June 1st, or sooner. 6 months or 12 months lease term. Upstairs Features:
